How do I get in touch?
The easiest way is either to email, sales@theclassicwatchbuyersclub.com or give us a call on 01651 862000. We operate from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday and 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturday. You can also contact us through our social media accounts or by using the chat box.
Is there a finance option?
Yes, thanks to our partnership with Ideal 4 Finance you can pay for your watch in manageable monthly payments.
What is your warranty policy?
All of our watches come with a two year mechanical warranty so you can buy from us with peace of mind. If any work is needing done on your watch it will be carried out inhouse at our workshop by an expert watchmaker who has over two decades of experience.
Can you repair watches?
Yes, thanks to having our own watchmaker we can service and repair watches from all major brands.
Do you accept part exchange?
Yes, just get in touch with some pictures of the watch you would be looking to trade in and we will let you know what we can do.
How long will it take to service a watch?
It varies depending on how many jobs we have on the go but a good rule of thumb is three weeks for a service with the only potential delay being waiting for parts to be delivered. We will keep you updated as we service your watch and let you know of any major delays.
What is your authenticity guarantee?
Every watch we sell comes equipped with a lifetime authenticity guarantee.
