Orbita Piccolo Single Watch Winder - Silver

Need to fit a great winder into a small space? Look no further than Orbita’s new Piccolo series! Built with Orbita's patented Rotorwind technology, the Piccolo is covered in an elegant black Leatherette, with a customizable leather face panel. It looks great on display, and it's an ideal size to place into your safe. It is powered by 2 D-Cell Lithium Ion batteries, providing an average lifespan of 4 to 5 years.
Piccolo uses Orbita's patented Rotorwind movement. Every 10 minutes or 15 minutes (selecteable) the internal control micro-processor signals the motor to make a single turn swinging the watch gently back and forth for a number oscillations. This movement mimics the natural swinging action of the wrist.
The motor drives part of the rotation cycle on the upstroke letting gravity do the majority of the work as the watch then swings down pendulum style. The result is a unit that uses less power than any other watch winder.
Program settings - Oscillating winding action can be set to a 10 or 15 minute cycle.
10 minute cycle equivalent 900 - 950 TPD
15 minute cycle equivalent 650 - 700 TPD.
Power - Comes with lithium batteries already fitted and ready to go.
